- The Instant Response System is the AI-powered, always-on reply layer Aires runs on a client's Facebook and Instagram, so enquiries get an answer at any hour.
- Knowledge Download
- A Knowledge Download is the one-hour online video call each month in which an Aires client shares the topics, insights and direction for the next month's content.
- Knowledge Vault
- A Knowledge Vault is the store of a client's industry jargon, logic and expertise that Aires uses so every script and post sounds like the client.
- Lead magnet
- A lead magnet is a free, useful resource, such as a checklist or guide, offered in exchange for a prospect's contact details.
- Onboarding Month
- The Onboarding Month is the first calendar month of an Aires subscription, used to train the client's AI Digital Twin, collect brand materials and set up platforms, with no content published.
- Value Sheet
- A Value Sheet is a custom PDF lead magnet that Aires generates for each campaign, so prospects have something useful to keep in exchange for their contact details.
