How Much Does an AI Digital Twin Cost in Singapore? (2026 Prices in SGD)

AI digital twin costs in Singapore: DIY avatar tools from about S$24 a month, video production from S$3,000 per video, done-for-you services from S$399 a month.

By William Seow, AI Sales Expert Published

An AI digital twin in Singapore costs from about S$24 a month if you use a DIY avatar tool and do the work yourself, to roughly S$399 to S$4,000 a month for a done-for-you service that scripts and produces for you. Traditional filmed video, by comparison, is quoted at S$3,000 to S$8,000 per talking-head explainer. Prices checked 28 Oct 2026.

Key takeaways

  • DIY tools (Synthesia, Captions, HeyGen) start around S$24 to S$37 a month on monthly billing, and Argil from about S$64, but you do the scripting, editing and posting.
  • Filmed production in Singapore is quoted at S$3,000 to S$8,000 for a two-minute talking-head explainer.
  • Done-for-you twin services cost more than software because people do the work. Published Singapore prices run from about S$399 to S$3,999 a month; Aires (ai-res.ai) plans are S$399, S$799 and S$1,599 a month, GST inclusive.
  • Most tools bill in USD. Conversions here use US$1 = S$1.2785, the ECB reference rate for 23 Oct 2026.
  • Compare cost per finished, published video, including your own time, not just the subscription.

What are you actually paying for?

An AI digital twin has three cost layers:

  1. The likeness: the avatar and voice model. Software makes this cheap.
  2. The words: scripts that sound like you and say something useful. This takes expertise and time.
  3. The production and publishing: editing, captions, thumbnails, scheduling, replies. This is ongoing work every month.

DIY tools mostly price the first layer. Agencies and done-for-you services price all three. That is why the numbers look so different.

How much do DIY AI avatar tools cost in SGD?

The table below shows the main self-serve tools. USD prices are from each vendor’s public pricing page on 28 Oct 2026, converted at US$1 = S$1.2785 and rounded to the nearest dollar.

Tool Plan USD price Approx. SGD What you get (from the vendor page)
HeyGen Free US$0 S$0 3 watermarked videos a month, 1-minute max length
HeyGen Creator US$29/mo (US$24/mo yearly) S$37 (S$31 yearly) 600 credits, custom video avatar, voice clone, videos up to 30 minutes
HeyGen Pro US$49/mo S$63 1,000 credits, 4K export
HeyGen Business US$149/mo + US$20/seat S$190 + S$26/seat 1,500 credits, 5 custom video avatars, videos up to 60 minutes
Synthesia Starter US$19/mo (US$14/mo yearly) S$24 (S$18 yearly) 1,250 credits a month; paid plans include personal avatars
Synthesia Pro US$89/mo (US$59/mo yearly) S$114 (S$75 yearly) 6,000 credits a month, 5 personal avatars
Argil Pro From US$50/mo S$64 2,000 credits a month (about 8 videos of 15 seconds, per Argil), characters and voices, commercial use
Captions Max US$24.99/mo S$32 500 credits, create digital twins or custom AI actors (iOS pricing)
Captions Frontier US$69.99/mo S$89 1,400 credits
ElevenLabs (voice only) Starter US$6/mo S$8 Instant voice cloning, commercial licence
ElevenLabs Creator US$22/mo S$28 Professional voice cloning
ElevenLabs Pro US$99/mo S$127 Larger credit allowance

A few notes on reading this table:

  • Credits are not videos. Most tools meter usage in credits or minutes, and the cost per video depends on length and model. Argil, for example, estimates its entry Pro allowance at about eight 15-second videos a month. Check how many of your typical 30 to 60 second videos a plan really covers.
  • Yearly billing is cheaper per month but is paid up front.
  • Promotions change. Synthesia and ElevenLabs were showing first-month discounts when we checked; the table uses regular prices.
  • GST may apply. If you are not GST-registered, an overseas provider that is GST-registered in Singapore charges GST at the prevailing 9% rate on digital services you buy, according to IRAS, so your bill may be higher than the list price.

What is the real cost of DIY?

The subscription is the smallest part. Your time is the largest. With a DIY tool you still need to:

  • decide topics and write each script,
  • generate, review and re-generate the video,
  • add captions, a hook and a thumbnail,
  • write post copy and hashtags,
  • schedule, post and reply to comments.

If that takes you, say, two hours per video (an assumption, not a measured figure), four videos a month is a full working day. For a professional who bills by the hour, that day is the real price.

How much does traditional video production cost in Singapore?

The most detailed recent Singapore figures we found come from Shootsta, a video production company, in its 2026 cost guide. As a vendor, it has an interest in the topic, so treat these as indicative.

Item (Singapore) Quoted range Source
Talking-head explainer, single camera, 2 minutes S$3,000 to S$8,000 Shootsta
Customer testimonial on location, 2 minutes S$4,000 to S$9,000 Shootsta
Crew day rate S$1,200 to S$3,500 Shootsta
Editor day rate S$800 to S$1,600 Shootsta
Freelance videographer, per shoot day S$800 to S$2,000, editing billed separately Shootsta

Batch filming as a middle option

Some professionals film a batch of short videos in one session. Using the day rates above, one crew day plus one editor day would come to about S$2,000 to S$5,100. That is our own arithmetic from Shootsta’s ranges, and it assumes one day of each is enough, which depends on how many videos you need and how polished they must be. You also still need scripts and someone to post.

How much does a done-for-you AI digital twin service cost?

Done-for-you services bundle the likeness, the scripting and the production. Here are Aires’ published plans, which are billed monthly in SGD and stated as GST inclusive.

Aires plan Price per month (SGD, GST incl.) AI Digital Twin videos per month Also included
Get-Go Lite S$399 4 Profile management and captions, Instant Response System (24/7), monthly Knowledge Download call
Authority Engine S$799 12 Everything in Lite, plus a Value Sheet PDF lead magnet per campaign
Omnipresent Pro S$1,599 20 Everything in Authority Engine, plus 20 branded image stills a month and a monthly performance report

What does that work out to per video?

At steady state, dividing the monthly fee by the number of videos gives:

  • Get-Go Lite: about S$100 per video
  • Authority Engine: about S$67 per video
  • Omnipresent Pro: about S$80 per video, with stills and a performance report on top

To be precise about the first year: under the Aires terms, the first month is an onboarding month. The fee is payable, the twin is trained and accounts are set up, and no content is published. Regular videos start in month two. Spread over a first year (12 fees, 11 months of videos), the effective cost is about S$109, S$73 and S$87 per video respectively.

How do other Singapore done-for-you services price?

Aires is not the only managed option. These are the published prices of other Singapore providers, taken from their own websites on 28 Oct 2026. Per-video figures are our own division of the listed price and ignore any setup month. GST treatment is not stated on these pages.

AuthorityOS AI Content System S$1,980 a month 10 per delivery month, up to 30 seconds S$198 For financial advisers; digital avatar of you; month 1 is setup; auto-renews monthly; 10% off for six months upfront

Aires Authority Engine S$799 a month, GST incl. 12, up to 60 seconds S$67 Twin of your face and voice; month 1 onboarding; 30 days’ notice

Per-video price is only part of the picture. Check whose likeness is used, video length, how scripts are written, how many revisions you get, who owns the output and the minimum term.

What is not included?

Read the terms of any service closely. For Aires:

  • Ad spend for boosting posts is not included and is paid to your own Meta account. If you want Aires to manage ads, there is an optional fee of 15% of spend.
  • Platforms: the terms cover Facebook and Instagram.
  • Ownership: you receive a perpetual licence to use your finished videos and posts for your own business, while Aires retains copyright in them.
  • Notice: there is no minimum term, and either side can end the service with 30 days’ written notice.

How do the three routes compare?

DIY avatar tool Filmed production Done-for-you twin service
Typical monthly cost (SGD) About S$18 to S$190 in software From S$3,000 per two-minute video, or about S$2,000 to S$5,100 for a batch day (estimate) About S$399 to S$3,999 a month on published Singapore prices
Your time High: scripting, editing, posting Medium: shoot days and reviews Low: one monthly call plus approvals
Filming needed Once, to create the avatar Every time Once, to create the twin
Scripts written for you No Sometimes, at extra cost Yes, from your knowledge
Publishing handled No Usually not Yes
Best for Hands-on creators on a budget Hero brand videos and testimonials Busy professionals who want consistency

Which option gives the best value?

It depends on what your time is worth and how many videos you need.

  • If you need one or two polished brand films a year, filmed production is the right tool.
  • If you have time and enjoy production, a DIY tool at roughly S$24 to S$64 a month is hard to beat on price.
  • If you want four or more useful videos every month without filming or editing, a done-for-you service usually costs less than filmed production per video and less than your own hours on DIY.
